WINE-O CLUB MEMBERSHIP

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a Wine-O Club membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). For questions, contact Member Services at (513) 417-8778 or via email info@itssomethingtowineabout.com

1. Membership Benefits
Members enjoy exclusive wine selections, discounts, and access to member-only events. Benefits may vary by tier (Wino Bottle Club or Wino Noir Club) and are subject to change. Membership benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder. Abuse of membership privileges may result in termination.

2. Membership Fees
Membership fees are billed monthly from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. Members are responsible for keeping payment information current.

3. Monthly Wine Selection
Monthly wines are curated and subject to availability. If a wine is unavailable, Something to Wine About may provide a substitute of equal or greater value. Monthly Wine Pick-ups are available on the 7th of each month after 1pm.

4. Cancellation and Changes
Memberships are month-to-month and can be canceled by logging into your account and cancelling your subscription. You can also cancel by notifying Member Services at least three (3) days prior to your next billing date. Changes to membership details must also be submitted three days before the next billing cycle. Fees already charged are non-refundable.

5. Legal Compliance
Members must be 21 years or older. Wines are for personal consumption and cannot be resold. Valid photo identification is required for wine pickup or delivery.

6. Shipping and Damage
If shipping is available, wines will be delivered monthly or quarterly. Damaged shipments may be eligible for replacement at Something to Wine About’s discretion. Contact Member Services for assistance. At the current moment, Something to Wine About does not offer delivery of wines.

7. Limitations and Changes
Membership benefits, fees, and policies may be modified at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or updates to the Terms on the website. Membership is void where prohibited by law.

8. Privacy
Personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Members consent to receiving membership-related communications. To update preferences, contact Member Services or visit our website.

9. Disclaimer
Memberships, goods, and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Something to Wine About disclaims liability for damages resulting from membership or its benefits.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Ohio law. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Hamilton County, Ohio.

11. Changes to Terms
Something to Wine About may revise these Terms at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
